suggest you to clean the charging pin in the charging case, also clean the earbud's charging point, then put earbud into charging case to try again, make sure the earbud well sit in the place. if still didn't show on the solid red led light, than the earbud does not hold for charge,

Hello, I have two quick questions. How do I know that my case needs charging? Do I wait for the last red light to go out or is that a sign itself that it needs charging? Also, there is no way that the buds can overcharge, right? They never go below 70% because I don't use them for long periods of time, so I put them back in their case and they charge again. I shouldn't worry that they are being overcharged or that I'm not using them correctly, right? Thank you in advance.
1/ suggest you let the charging case to charge when it left last Led light ,
2/ you put back your earbuds into the charging case, and you dont need to worry the earbuds are being overcharged. -
I dropped my left earbud and now it won't work unless I shake it or move it in a certain way how can I fix it?

How can I turn on a headset, if I already try to place it in the case but the red light does not turn on and when I remove it it does not turn on anything, it does not charge, it does not indicate that it is on, it does nothing.

1. please check whether you remove the anti-contact film around the earbuds or the charging case.
2. after remove the anti-contact film, plug in power cable to your charging case and connect with your charger (suggest 5V 1A oe 5V 2A charger)
3. then put back your earbuds into the charging case, see wehther the led on earbuds will turn on red, and solid red under it's charging...
4. close the charging case cover, keep for 2-3 hours, then check up the earbuds' LED turns off , it was fully charged.
when both earbuds fully charged, it will auto-turn on when pull out from the charging case.

Is there a way to adjust the microphone? People hear me very faintly.
There is no adjustment on microphone gain as fixed from build in components. Suggest to move to quiet enviornement for phone conversation and turn up phone volume from both speaker and receiver's phone.

When you are using either one (L or R) of your earbud, you can Tap x 2 on your earbud to pick up the phone call.

Hi, the left earbud has a constant Red LED and wont pair with the device. Its been this way for more than 24hrs despite recharging. Help please
a. please plug in power cable to the charging case
b. please take out the Left & right earbuds, then put only left earbud into case to charge.
c. keep for charging 2-3 hrs, then to see whether left earbud red LED off--> then it's fully charge. if the red LED still on, it might have issue. then email to support@iluv.com for L earbud replacement. -
How do you play audio on both earbuds on a iphone? I was able to figure it out for my android but not the iphone. It's an iphone XR.

How do I know when the case is fully charged?
When the battery case is connected to a charger the case will show the battery strength using red LED's. The case is fully charged when all four LED's are solid red.

I have a coworker who ordered the TB100s and I was assisting them in trying to pair their earbuds to a Windows 11 PC. The earbuds are taken out of the case and they are in pairing mode, we add device in Bluetooth settings in windows and see the earbuds appear. We try to connect but after saying connecting… for a few minutes, it will say it failed to connect. How can we if at all get the earbuds connected to a Windows 11 laptop. The laptop detects and attempts to pair/connect but fails to.

I own the iLuv earbuds for about 2 years. They're the only earbuds I've afforded, and I'm very satisfied.
Firstly, the audio quality is good, not as much as the free wire headphones you get with the iPhone, but their volume is louder, so it works great for the gym and other medium intense physical activities. Secondly, the comfortability is pretty good as well; they fit pretty good to the ear and rarely fall off when moving. However, it falls off when doing extreme body movements like when doing cardio or running in circuits. Thirdly, the battery is good enough when not using the charging brick, it last about 2 hours, but when charging them up they can last up to 6 or 8 hours before charging the brick, which is pretty good in my opinion. A warning I have though, is that when it falls it tends to separate the plastic covering the electronic circuit and usually tears apart, but they have fallen from me about 120 times and never broke, so it's pretty resistant to falls and some punches; It's still plastic so it has to be taken care. Additionally, the water resistance is pretty good for training and rains; I've used them while sweating and down the rain, they have never been affected for that. Still, you shouldn't take them directly into water for precautions, like in the shower or down heavy rains.
Overall, I give them a solid 7/10, especially for the cheap price, definitely worth it. Hope this review helps someone decide.
I was traveling and I always bring my Apple airpod pros which I actually hate. But this trip I forgot them and I can’t take a flight without my music so I stop at one of those lil stores at the airport and I ran into these iluv buds and for the price I said to my self if they suck at least they didn’t cost much. But wow was I wrong these fit in ear so comfy and sound was actually really good. The battery life are amazing I usually don’t make the full flight with other brand head phones but these not only lasted my flight they lasted the entire day. These are now my go to headphones I use them everyday as my air pod pro sit at home collecting dust.
1/5 the price and way better noise cancellation these buds own the AirPods
the base is great i feel like i'm at a concert i cant hear anything around me only my music which is prefect when on the bus or train and there so comfortable to wear
I didn’t buy these but they are my go to. I don’t want earbuds to answer calls as I don’t accept calls unless necessary. They still do that but based on solely music they do really well for the price point. Much smaller case than price equal Skullcandy and I really think the play time is longer. I worked with one in the ear all day. I also wanted something that would hide with my skin tone and it’s almost like no one knows I have sweet jams going all day. They fit well and honestly better than most for physical activity. Oh and they sound great. I didn’t get paid for that I’m just a guy from Austin.
I really like these headphones overall. They can be a little too quiet when calling someone but they still work well. The sound quality is pretty good as well. Worth the $30
I would like to compare these to my Ray con e25 earbuds. These cost $30, and ray cons cost $80. Ray cons have slightly better sound, with some powerful bass (a bit too much for me personally, it kinda drowns out locals). These are slightly worse in audio quality, but it is barely noticeable. These earbuds were a PERFECT fit for my ears right out of the box. The battery life is practically the same. The mic quality is trash on both and I disconnect my earbud to take calls with both but Ray cons have WAY better mic quality, although it is still pretty bad. The life-span is where the value comes in. The life span of my racons was 3 weeks. they literally could not pair anymore after literally 3 weeks. Where with these earbuds, I have had them for almost a year, and the right one works, but the left one has a few sync issues, so I just use the left one without power.
The earbuds are great. They fit well, but best of all they work great. And the price is outstanding.

I bought these on Amazon a few months ago. Initial quality was good. Mic wasn't great, per the people I would talk to on the phone, but I mostly used it to listen to podcasts while I walked. Now, however, they have gone on the fritz. I've worn them while out in the yard doing yard work. If I crouch down, they cut out (makes no sense). And even when they "work" the sound goes in and out. Sometimes it sounds normal, sometimes it sounds far away. They're fully charged so I'm not sure what's going on. (Un)fortunately, when I went to revise my Amazon review, I found Amazon no longer sells them.

I bought these for my granddaughter who is serving in the US Navy and is currently deployed onboard an aircraft carrier. But my daughter has her own and loves them.
I like them I have had other non-wire earbuds and they never worked for me. But these ones worked well.
Wow...I was presently surprised when I purchased this. I visited the Navy Exchange on the base in search of headsets. I selected the iluv wireless earbuds ip x6 because they were cheaper than the others and there is no taxes on military bases. I love it. They do what they’re supposed to do and more. A must buy.
